Description | Lecithin is a complex combination of diglycerides of fatty acids linked to the choline ester of phosphoric acid. Lecithin is mainly used as a dispersant, emulsifier and stabilizer. Therapeutically, it has been used as a pulmonary surfactant to treat neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Lecithin is an important anti-aging substance that interacts with protein to form lipoprotein. It can not only improve food quality, but also improve cardiovascular and nervous system functions. Lecithin is hydrophilic and can enhance the function of hemoglobin to make the skin smooth and soft. Its inositol is the basic element of skin and hair health and can promote blood circulation, promote hair regeneration, and inhibit hair whitening. |
