DOPS:DOPC (40:60) Anionic Liposomes
The amount of negative zeta potential in liposomes depends on the mole percent of phosphatidylserine (PS). Liposomes containing different proportions of PS have different numbers of negative zeta potentials. The use of DOPC does not significantly increase the charge of the liposomes.
White translucent liquid
Anionic liposomes are used in blood complement research and various types of in vitro research.
Stored at in the dark at 4°C. Liposomes should NEVER be frozen.
All liposomes are shipped on blue ice at 4°C
