AzoLPA Ammonium salt
Catalog Number | BL-M000893 |
CAS Number | 2389048-52-4 |
Description | AzoLPA is embedded with an azobenzene photoswitch which enables the optical control of LPA receptor activation. The light-induced cis-form shows greater activation of LPA receptors than its dark-adapted trans-form. Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) is an extracellular signaling molecule that activates LPA1-6 receptors. These receptors are particularly important in the nervous, cardiovascular, reproductive, gastrointestinal and pulmonary systems. |
